Adjustable Pause Mode allows selection of pause intervals from five to sixty minutes, in five minute increments. User-Selected Default Settings provide "customization" of airway temperature and gradient values. Self-correcting high and low temperature alarms reduce occurence of unnecessary audible alarms after the temperature normalizes. Expanded Patient Temperature Option increases the upper temperature capability to 39oC in both the adult and infant modes.
